FSSAI has embarked on a large-scale effort to transform the country's food system in order to ensure safe, healthy and sustainable food for all Indians through the 'Eat Right India' movement.

This is a voluntary certification system to certify the food business operators based on a judicious mix of regulatory, capacity building, sustainable, collaborative and empowerment approaches. It provides a unique opportunity to the operators in showcasing their efforts for maintaining the food hygiene and cater safe food to their end consumers.
